What skin types are Wynd & Rose products good for?
Our products are appropriate for all skin types! Please be sure to always know what ingredients you may be allergic to before using our products. Always do a small patch skin test to see if you may have any reactions to our ingredients. Never use products in the eye area, internally, or on open wounds or irritated skin.
Do you test your products on animals?
We are cruelty-free! We never test on animals and do not support or believe in testing on animals. We only test on each other!
How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept all payments through PayPal.
Do you have gift cards?
We do not currently sell gift cards, but check back with us soon!
How fast do you ship out?
We ship all orders within 5 business days of ordering. This means It will leave our facility within 5 days. You’ll receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.
What states do you ship to?
We currently ship to all 50 states. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and other remote areas.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently at this time, we are not shipping outside of the United States.
What if I need to change my shipping address?

What is the deal with your packing peanuts?
Our packing peanuts are made from 100% sorghum starch, they are all-natural with no toxic chemicals. You can even compost them! But please, they are not safe for human consumption!
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our botanics, we cannot accept returns. However, we offer replacements or store credit should the product arrive damaged. If in doubt, get in touch. We strive for smiles and your satisfaction is our top priority. Please reach out to email@example.com if you are unsure if you qualify.
